Treasure Coast Board Riders is looking for new team members

Calling all local surfers.

Treasure Coast Board Riders are looking for new team members in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. Surfers are wanted for all categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20, 30, 40, 50 and open women.

Many of the team’s former surfers are injured or travelling, including 16-year-old Zoe Benedetto of Palm City. She competes in the World Surf League’s Challenger Series and will be in Huntington Beach, California for the VANS US Open of Surfing during this time.

Team trials will take place at Fort Pierce Inlet State Park, one of the best and most popular surf spots in the area.
