The Massanutten Bike Park celebrates the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day (TKMBD) all weekend on October 2-3 from 10am to 4pm! TKMBD is celebrated annually and was first established in 2004, bringing the joy of mountain biking to the next generation. As a result, many participants have become everyday cyclists, volunteer trail advocates, and some have even become high school mountain bike riders.

Children under 18 will receive a FREE lift / trail ticket with the purchase of an adult lift / trail ticket. The Bike Park will also have a representative of Stacyc e-bikes with 12 “and 16” children’s electric bikes to demonstrate. Bicycle rentals are available for those who do not bring their own bicycle.

As the Resort and Bike Park approaches fall, guests can look forward to even more specials like The Afternoon Special. Back by popular demand, the Bike Park Afternoon Special offers cyclists a $ 20 trail use ticket and a $ 25 bike rental available from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the opening days of the Bike Park, September 1 to October 31. The quantities of bikes are limited and the special is taking place for the first time. – come, first served.
