“We all have a mountain to climb. As a result of traumatic events in my early teens, I began to experience depression without really knowing it. Later, I tried by all means to free myself from this pain which was preventing me from being happy. When I was 20, I wanted to kill myself because I could no longer suffer and feel lost, ”he said.

“The following years were full of ups and downs, but I still had that heavy feeling that kept me from finding happiness. Two years ago, following an accident at work, depression knocked on my door again, but this time on an even greater scale. I finally had the courage to seek professional advice to help soothe my past wounds and better understand what was happening to me.

“Depression has taught me to fully appreciate life and to always remember that within us we have the power to create the life of our dreams. “
